SECTION 15 – CHARGEBACK POLICY

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. You agree to reach out to us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban if:

Your order was marked "delivered" by USPS or EasyPost and no misdelivery was confirmed.
You refused or failed to claim the delivery.
You did not follow required steps like contacting your local post office.
You did not report your issue within 7 days (for defects) or 90 days (for shipping problems).

If a chargeback is opened, you must respond to our communications. We will pause any further support until the dispute is resolved.

We reserve the right to submit supporting evidence, report fraud, and pursue legal action if necessary. Once resolved, we are happy to resume support.

SECTION 17 – SHIPPING POLICY

Please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. USPS.com may not recognize these tracking numbers.

For fully trackable, insured delivery, select an upgraded option at checkout.

You must report missing orders within 90 days of the ship date. If no contact is made within 30 days, we assume the order was received.

We are not liable for:

Stolen packages after delivery
Tracking delays or gaps
Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

By ordering, you agree to contact us before filing any claim or dispute.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will still apply.

SECTION 19 – TERMINATION
