We offer several shipping options, all subject to USPS terms and conditions:

Ground Advantage:

Delivery in 2-5 business days with tracking.
Lightweight packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Ground shipments are sent by ground vehicle transport.

Delivery in 1-3 business days with tracking.
Note: This service does NOT include a money-back guarantee for delays.

USPS Disclaimer

Once packages are handed over to USPS, we have no control over shipping delays, tracking updates, or errors. Please note:

USPS is a third-party entity. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines or monitor every tracking update.
It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and contact USPS directly for delays, errors, or other shipping issues.
Refunds for priority mail or express shipments are not processed by MJ Greenfield. Customers must request refunds directly from USPS.
Holiday Delays: Shipping delays are common during holidays. Please plan accordingly.

Common Shipping Questions

What if my package is marked "delivered" but I didn’t receive it?

Wait up to 72 business hours for final delivery.
Check your address, ask neighbors, and contact your local post office.

Can I get a refund on shipping costs for delayed shipments?

Refunds for delays are available for Priority Mail Express shipments through USPS and must be requested directly from USPS.
