Once packages are handed over to USPS, we have no control over shipping delays, tracking updates, or errors. Please note:

USPS is a third-party entity. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines or monitor every tracking update.

It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and contact USPS directly for delays, errors, or other shipping issues.

Refunds for priority mail or express shipments are not processed by MJ Greenfield. Customers must request refunds directly from USPS.

What if my package is marked "delivered" but I didn’t receive it?

Can I get a refund on shipping costs for delayed shipments?

Refunds for delays are available for Priority Mail Express shipments through USPS and must be requested directly from USPS.
